Vedette à moteur éventrée après avarie, expertise FIEM

Where two parties are involved, the survey is carried out jointly and serves as the basis both for calculating compensation and for any subsequent legal proceedings.

Joint surveys, legal disputes.

Read the description

Before legal proceedings are started, the amicable surveyor helps you reach a settlement in the event of a dispute. Instructed directly by the claimant or by the party complained of, their work may be partly covered by your legal expenses insurance. Where mediation proves impossible, the court appoints a court-approved surveyor.
